Whitening of PVC Profile

Titanium Dioxide is a kind of perfect white pigment which is widely used in PVC profile as light screening agent. Rutile Titanium Dioxide has the density of 4.26g/cm³ and refractive index of 2.72. It can reflect most visible light and absorb ultraviolet light with the wave length of less than 410nm. It has performances of heat and weather resistance and excellent ultraviolet light resistance property.Titanium Dioxide is an important ingredient used for enhancing the weather resistance of PVC profile and prohibiting extraction of HCl from Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC). However, the market price of Titanium Dioxide is relatively high, so some PVC profile manufacturers reduce the dosage of Titanium Dioxide to 3.6 PHR to lower the cost. But weather resistance of PVC profile will also be badly affected.

As is researched, coverage of Titanium Dioxide will reach the limit when the dosage of Titanium Dioxide is 8 PHR. In general, adding 5 PHR of Titanium Dioxide is enough. In addition, a little optical brightener can be added for better whiteness.

Our Colleagues Attended Vietbuild Expo Held in HCM City, Vietnam

Our colleague, Mr. Tony Ling and Ms. Lizzy Hu, attended Vietbuild Expo held in Ho Chi Minh City, largest city and economic and cultural center of South Vietnam, August 27-31, 2016.

Vietbuild Expo is the biggest expo of the field of construction and building materials in Southeast Asia. It is held every year in the Autumn. The PVC profile company of our group company reserved a stand. During the expo, there are many customers from all over the world coming to visit our stand everyday. Some of them came to have an inquiry about our PVC additives including PVC Stabilizer, CPE 135A and PE Wax and our PVC profile. Some of them came to seek cooperation. Some of them are alsoPVC profile manufacturers, they came to ask for technical support. Our colleagues answered them precisely and patiently. We believe our products will be more and more popular in Southeast Asia market.
